Bénodet is located 25 minutes from Loctudy by car. It is a very chic seaside resort on the south Finistère coast. Situated at the mouth of the Odet river which marks the natural border between the Pays Bigouden and the Pays Fouesnantais, it faces the port of Sainte Marine.
Marked by 19th century seaside architecture that can be admired along the long seaside promenade called "la corniche", the visit of Bénodet is a stopover for the discovery of the Breton Riviera.

From Bénodet you can take the Vedettes de l'Odet boat to visit the Glénan archipelago, a visit not to be missed during your stay at the Hortensias campsite in Loctudy. The Vedettes de l'Odet boat also offers a boat tour of the Odet river, departing from Bénodet and going up to Quimper.
Many beaches welcome you in Bénodet, the Trez beach at the mouth of the Odet, the Pointe St Gilles and the Letty beach in front of the Mer Blanche lagoon, a sumptuous natural site stretching towards the Pointe de Mousterlin in Fouesnant.
